Pros

Salary is higher than average for the sector obviously

Cons

Reorganizations happen so often that it’s hard to grow or develop meaningfully. The culture feels impersonal, with employees treated more like resources than individuals. Compensation is largely disconnected from individual impact, and the overall technical bar is quite low. If you can get into Amazon, you probably have better options.
