Pros

Working at Amazon gives you the chance to solve problems at a global scale that few other companies face. You are surrounded by incredibly smart people, and the "Ownership" Leadership Principle is very real—you have a lot of say in your projects. The compensation is competitive, and the "Day 1" culture keeps things exciting and innovative.

Cons

The fast-paced environment isn't for everyone. You have to be proactive about managing your own work-life balance, as the company moves very quickly.
