Pros

Pay and Benefits: Amazon offers competitive hourly wages and benefits, even for part-time workers. I appreciated the consistent paycheck and access to healthcare, even though I wasn't full-time. Fast-Paced Environment: If you like staying active and being on your feet, the job keeps you moving. Time goes by quickly during busy shifts. Clear Expectations: The training was thorough and expectations were clearly communicated. Once you get used to the workflow, the tasks become fairly routine. Opportunities to Move Up: Amazon has internal programs for advancement if you're interested in staying long-term, especially for those who consistently meet performance goals.

Cons

Physically Demanding: The work can be exhausting—lots of walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks. It's manageable short-term, but can take a toll over time.

Pros

- Great co-workers - 3 days off

Cons

- Because it's a warehouse, people are very immature and conduct themselves like they are in high school. Meaning men and women gossip, try to hold hierarchy over others, etc - You can only get promoted if the higher ups (PA's, OM's) like you, so play the politics - They bring in college students to be red vests/ OM. These folks don't have enough people management, conflict resolution skills or work experience and confident to lead teams of varying ages, background, education, temperament, etc
