Pros

Strong business making good margin work. Incredibly strong safety culture. Good bonus structure.

Cons

Squeezed to the last drop with high expectations, which is understandable. Job vacancies are not always advertised internally before appointments. Base salary is at the lower end of the market for those with long service history, with new employees coming in at higher end of bracket.

Great co workers on production floor

Cons

Lack of ORGANIZATION, no family life, no support press ops are also technically managers. I hate coming to work to deal with clueless managers. Waiting too see how long before upper management runs this place to the ground. Last raise was 8 yrs ago
