      Pros

      Salary is good, the workload is autonomous.

      Cons

      The bonus scheme is not issued until over halfway through the year so you never know what you should work towards or if you will get paid a bonus. The targets given to sales & sites differ greatly meaning everyone is working against each other.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Good benefits and quarterly safety bounses. They have a lot of perks and its a climate controlled environment.

      Cons

      They are COP 12 hour rotating shift work 2 off 2 work 3 off 3.
