Pros

Amcor does provide fair compensation and benefits. Everyone is eligible for a bonus and merit increase every year.

Cons

How enjoyable ones experience is at Amcor is solely management dependent. I've worked under different management chains in my time at Amcor, and it is unbelievable how my outlook towards the company changed when I changed positions. When you have an issue with your direct manager, there isn't a "safe" way to discuss/work through your issue. Discussions with HR don't provide results unless issue is safety/sexual harassment oriented.
