Nepotism, Cronyism, Incestuous...you'll find whole families working here- Mom, Dad, Son etc., BEWARE!
Pros
Large company overall, relaxed work environment, great opportunity to build skills and move on. So much chaos most of the time that people can take on more responsibility than their rank which is good sometimes because you can pick up new skills if you can manage not to get burned out. Fast pace overall, a good stepping stone for a better location or another company in the industry.
Cons
Where to start? HR needs to be overhauled- not sure how they are allowed to hire 3 people of the same immediate family (Mom, Dad and Son ALL working in the same location, husband and wife BOTH working in same location (many examples), if you are Isreali or Russian this is the place for you! If not, be prepared to get chronically overworked and be underappreciated. You likely will have to work 10 years to ever get promoted. Many of the Directors and Senior Leadership are incompetent but have "connections" so despite their ineptness they somehow manage to maintain leadership positions and some of their husbands or ex-husband works there too! Also worth mentioning that some of the Russian women are very inappropriate. Some have been demoted only to have her next assignment be at an even higher level of responsibility. It has become a joke and soon the Richardson location won't be able to retain top talent. Management in Isreal needs to be aware of what's happening here- decisions are being made that are ultimately not in the best interest of the company and furthermore that are more short-term protections for management for their own positions and those close to them- at any cost.
