      Pros

      Good opportunities to work on various technologies and gain exposure. Flexible timings, enough work to keep us busy the whole day. Good travel opportunities in some teams.

      Cons

      Long work hours most of the time. employee benefits reduced recently. Initial team placement not as per the experience. Lots of work available only in shifts.

      The company has very fun filled environment. Good policies. no work pressure, Onsite travel opportunities, relocation chances etc.

      Cons

      very similar type of work you will be continuing for years and years. No challenging work. You will loose your technical skills. Lot of work. You need to sit late if required, You need to show responsibility very fast.

      Pros

      Amdocs is an Israeli product based company. It has global presence with clients located worldwide including USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, European countries, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and many more. Good onsite opportunities but project dependent. In case if you land in a project where there are no onsite opportunities you can still make your own way to a project which has onsite opportunities through Amdocs Internal Job Postings portal. Onsite travel is usually for a duration of one month. In exceptional cases it can be more months. Good Canteen. Morning and evening breakfast is free. They provide free sandwiches and seasonal fruits for free in the pantry. Lunch and Dinner is provided at very subsidized rates. Excellent company for bachelors. Amdocs has its own GYM. Which is open throughout the day. Amdocs Spends a huge amount of money in its annual event. Every year Bollywood celebrity singers are invited for live performance during the annual day of amdocs. Performance driven organization. Top performing employees are paid bonuses.

      Cons

      Very short duration onsite travels. Usually one month. Lot of politics and bureaucracy in terms of promotions. No work on latest technologies. No technical growth. No technical training. You will learn only from On Job Training.
