- not much external training opportunities - poor communication from senior management gives the feel you dont know whats really going on - in our site focus was on cost cutting in many (this might not be true in other amdocs venues) and this gave us a view that amdocs was very stingy, more than necessary to run efficiently

If you want to succeed there - you need to stay in AMDOCS for long to learn their very specific software which is not used in other companies. There is a prejudice in Israel that AMCODS people are not profeccionals - so once you leave AMDOCS keep this in mind. As AMDOCS is very big - many projects are boaring and with really outdated soft, other however are good, if you succeed to join a new big project at the begining - you got it. Don't waste time to join AMDOCS for relocatrion!!! You will never be sent to good places in the world: only to some nooks in Texas. Good relocations are only for friends of the bosses. They do propose learning new soft cources regularly.
