fellow clinicians are wonderful, professional. Onboarding was thorough.

Cons

Finding anyone from HR to talk to is near impossible. At the care center I work at, if a employee has a concern or complaint when they go to their supervisor the supervisor will in turn, go right to person (someone who directly manages the employee) and tell them what the employee is saying, which has led to punitive action. I have seen this with 4 different employees now. I have seen 5 employees put in their 2 weeks or resign on the spot in the past week. Most clinicians are looking at other career options due to the negligence and abuse our care center has suffered. This is unprofessional, and I have never in my entire career worked for a company that gives so little care to their employees OR patients. Stay away, the money may look good, but in exchange you will be abused and put in unsafe situations constantly. They do not care.
