      Pros

      Love working for AFCU. So much room to grow and always learning new things. Coworkers are always great. I've never had a negative experience!

      Cons

      Being the "number one credit union" in Utah you'd think pay would be better, but compared to the rest of our competitors it is SO BAD and makes no sense.

      Pros

      Family friendly, willing to work with school schedules, great benefits, paid holidays. They hire within so upward mobility is possible. Loyalty is rewarded-If you stay with them for a while, you can work your way up to a good pay and management positions.

      Cons

      Low starting pay. Listens to members (customers) before employees. Upper management can sometimes have an authoritarian approach-strange policies that don't make very much sense will be implemented without much regard for the impact on employees.
