      Pros

      Hours are flexible, Great benefits, Fun to work with, Opportunity to improve and advance, Plenty of learning, Experience in financial field, Social employment.

      Cons

      Depending on the manager you can get stuck in your position, Not the all time best pay, If you take a position don't plan on moving for at least 6 months because you will have to commute, Some managers are easy to work with, others not so much.

      Pros

      Working at America first has shown one of the most cooperative environments. With good people and the team nature, it's a great place to work. This was my first job out of highschool, and it has become a promising career path, with plenty of room for advancement. The management team are caring and willing to help you achieve your highest potential, pushing you to achieve while also maintaining a comfortable work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some positions at AFCU can be stress-inducing. Experience with handling less than happy patrons can mitigate this.

      Pros

      You are constantly challenged and provided with additional tools to solve problems. Employees have the opportunity to make a difference for the credit union.

      Cons

      AFCU is one of the lowest paid credit unions around. If you are coming for the money, I suggest you go elsewhere. If you want to come just to make a difference, this could be the right place for you.
