Great atmosphere, well defined career path, good incentives for high performers, good managers, great networking abilities.

Cons

Although my pay is more than enough for my needs, it starts out low. Some managers seems to value experience over potential - not a terrible thing but doesn't vibe with me well.

Job security, steady schedules, direct deposit, ample training, centralized procedures, PTO, sick leave.

Cons

negative management, public ridicule from some managers, not much room for advancement in the management career path- very low turnover rate in branch managers and assistant managers (which is a good thing) and very few positions opening.

Some of the assistant managers are kind and are willing to help you grow. Coworkers are friendly and positive.

Cons

To be honest, this job was a high workload for very low pay. Think of being a cashier at a grocery store with a line that doesn't end from the start of the day to the very end of the day. It is transaction oriented in volume. There are continuous audits and also performance reviews every thirty days. And, managers are usually hovering over your shoulder to make sure you are doing everything meticulous thing right. It was a very restricting experience. I felt like I was becoming less of a human and more of a machine day by day slowly dying on the inside.
