      Great job! Great potential to move up. Definitely feel like a valued employee at America First! I have worked here a little over a year and moved from entry level teller to a Loan Originator. America First takes care of us! Care-a-lot program is an amazing program that is so beneficial to employees!

      bankers hours are definitely a myth 10 hour shifts are LONG!!!

      Great benefits and great employees. Commitment to hiring from within and employee development.

      Cons

      Open on Saturdays, but if you work at a stand-alone branch the Saturday hours are until 3:00pm instead of 6:00pm like during the week days.
