Worked ther 17 years, I was targeted by mgmt for pointing out issue in our process. After about 10 years. My first lead refused to write me up because my production and work quality was high. So they changed my leadership and went looking for problems. I started getting reports from several coworkers the had been approached and asked for a list of my errors. In on on one's they created lists of items I allegedly overlooked, then when I challenged them they backtracked. Finally i.was written up and placed on audit, when I passed my audit my lead approached the auditor and asked if they were giving me special treatment. Then my lead changed my auditor and of course I passed again. I was diagnosed with cancer while working there and the manager who targeted me was on the board for care a lot. I.was nominated to receive help by coworkers and she bocked it saying there was no need. I had to cash out my 401k to survive financially. Finally while doing chemo I was called into hr as soon as my fmla expired. I was told if I didn't quit I'd be fired because I was temporarily unable to work 40 hrs a week. I had seen major concessions made for othe employees while working there. One employee was given assistance while her son was expending emptional.problems and another took off months. Afcu extended beifits based on popularity.

Every once in a while you can end up with a coworker or two that you don't get along with as well and that always makes a job not as fun.
