      Good place to grow, good careers, positive programs for employees if you utilize them. Flexibility with family life, good atmosphere with specific teams.

      Cons

      Held accountable to things you cannot influence or change. Lack of rewarding and recognition in timely ways. Pushback when it comes to engagement and trying to collaborate or innovate.

      Disappointed in the termination process

      Pros

      America First was a great employer and took care of me when I chose to leave the company. The offered a buyout of my time remaining prior to starting at a new job.

      Cons

      I would have loved the opportunity for an exit interview, an opportunity to provide some feedback from my experience at the company. Although the paperwork provided to me on the day I turned in my resignation, many of the steps did not happen.

      Decent benefits, lasting friendships with employees, quick commute, glad a pension is available.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management styles, the company does not care about you or your family situation, they allow sexual harassment to occur and do nothing about it.
