Compensation and benefits plan is very competitive. The company is growing and lots of opportunity for growth, development, and advancement. The work is very satisfying and I feel a sense that the company cares for me as a person and about my family. We are a team and a family, and we work together. The leadership and staff are compassionate and empathetic. Our team is comprised of very talented people at all levels and locations.

Cons

We work in addiction, and the things we deal with on a daily basis with our clients can be very challenging. It is not a cliche, we do save lives, and hearing about clients who never make or pass away is always tough.
