Rewarding, but exhausting

Pros

Travel -- if you can get on a flight. Medical benefits were always better than other companies I was familiar with. Rewarding if you can help people.

Cons

The nature of the industry really changed and became more difficult. Part of it the airlines created for themselves and part of it is the entitlement mentality of the travelers. Company sometimes more focused on on-time performance than customer satisfaction.
