A lot of the company relies on the call center for adjudicating claims. The callers you get can be very rude and will berate you, to which you are sometimes told you are/are not allowed to hang up. If you do, its a write up for call avoidance. The claims department is hardly up to standard so you will have to do a lot of cleaning up after others and hoping it doesn't count against you.
