*Ability to ACTUALLY be heard and recognized *Opportunity to learn and grow (for REAL! not like other companies just say!) *Collaborative effort across teams and within your team - they always have your back and take the time to understand where you are coming from.

Cons

Medical is high for anything beyond self It is definitely a bit of an anomaly of a business - so you can't really "jump in" and run right away without taking the time to get to learn the business flows The business has grown so much so fast that we have been unable to implement and create processes and systems that grow at the same pace - there are some really cumbersome and antiquated processes. it is a work in process. So also a benefit to get to learn and grow WITH the company instead of coming in left in the dust and lost.
