      Pros

      Fast movement, great pay, great quarterly bonuses, work from home, great hours. The company provides ongoing training to help every employee succeed in their role. If you enjoy providing great customer servicing then this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Some growing pains, but a company who does care about their employee's, and customers.

      Still a remote company with leadership in the process of transitioning from a small company to a mi-side corporation. Great opportunity to start with a growing company.

      Growing pains as the company moves from a small company mentality to a mid-size company, with all the resulting policies, procedures, documentation, and structure.
