Good Work Experience

Senior resident assistant - centennial place residence

Pros

If you are Centennial College student living at the residence. Centennial Place Residence is one of the best places to work since they are on-campus. Even thou this is considered as a off-campus job. You can learn a lot working here. Plan projects with college club and other resources on campus. Including many more and few I was able to list down. - Prepares you for anything! - Useful training and get you ready for any situation - Awesome teamwork opportunities - Allows you to step out of your comfort zone and good challenges. - Helpful Management staff and 1.1 mediation on area of improvement. - Lots of areas for growth. - Best place to be creative - Get to build your network - Live and learn at the same place.

Cons

Personally I don't have many cons since they were a good place to work and I have gained a lot experience for myself. But there was few challenges that I faced. - Price was too high to pay and live in your own suite especially because it's on-campus. - Unexpected emergencies during odd hours
