Pros
Recent push to improve culture and morale. If you're in the right department it can be a good place to make friendships and improve your skills. There is sometimes free food. The office is walking distance to Whole Foods.
Cons
High turnover. Poor work-life balance for most departments due to understaffing and budgets. Office aesthetic is underwhelming. Not a place to work long term as there are limited growth opportunities once you reach the corporate office.
