Very smart, talented folks in all departments. Programmatic work is par excellence. Great work/life balance. Generally helpful and responsive staff.

Cons

Unless you have an Esq. attached to your name, don't expect to be rewarded or recognized. Can be hierarchical and political.

In hindsight, I'm not sure there were any real pros. I thought I was given a lot of autonomy but this wasn't the case.

Cons

Found out my pay was lower than others at my level No professional development Benefits were terrible and included a confusing reimbursement process. Major differences between the Cleveland and Columbus offices in terms of resources and overall vibe. Black employees are there to be seen and not heard. Refuses to cede any sort of power to non senior staff.
