Pros

The non-managerial staff are great. They're passionate, smart, interesting, and friendly.

Cons

The environment perpetuated by management is toxic and elitist. People who are possessive and competitive over issues are rewarded. Non-managerial staff are treated like they're replaceable and unworthy.

Pros

On the surface, the work is so inspiring.

Cons

People are treated like trash and are disposable. The worst HR department I've ever experienced. Senior leadership is a joke and too busy making political plays with each other to actually lead. Each one of them should be fired.
