I worked in the San Francisco office alongside some of the most dedicated and competent colleagues. There is a strong sense of camaraderie and a connection to the impact of the organization's work.

Cons

The organization is very top-heavy with a somewhat convoluted management structure. There are few opportunities to substantively advance in your career within the company.
