      Pay Holidays PTO You are able to move throughout the company fairly easily.

      Cons

      Management cares more about if you "look" busy and not if you actually are or on a break. As a salaried employee you are treated like an hourly employee. AEP has a tattle tale culture worse in some departments vs. others.
