      Pros

      Competitive Pay and few good people left to work with

      Cons

      Outsourcing to TCS, Confused upper management. Nobody is held accountable. Projects never get completed. IT is held up by about 6 key people and I don't think upper management has a clue how precarious it is.

      Pension plan, Great team and good culture pre-RTO

      Cons

      RTO mandate for no reason Below market compensation Bonuses below par past 2 years Lack of advancements Lack of confidence in leadership because of constant changes Management does not have an employee retention plan Company doesnt have the “dollar amounts” to do team building/employee appreciation lunches/Christmas dinners/happy hours, only potlucks New CEO was hired as a desperate act to save a sinking ship at the expense of culture

      Great place to work for retirement

      Pros

      If your retirement stage of life is important to you having a 401k with a generous match and a pension is a great benefit. Other benefits are good and usually bonuses are decent. The company has been profitable every quarter of its existence.

      Cons

      The flattening of the organization offers less opportunity for advancement. Lots of leadership changes leading to lots of change (good and bad).
