      Pros

      Good leadership at Senior levels. Have a clear vision that is supported by an solid action plan aimed at results. Undergoing a huge effort at changing the culture to stay ahead of others as we move from being regulated to being competitive. Good leadership development program and an excellent incentive compensation program that encourages others to do their best and to work safely together.

      Cons

      Utility businesses tend run cyclically. I've been her ten years, and have seen and survived two massive downsizing efforts. Have also seen three massive upward growth movements with large adds to staff.

      At AEP you have an opportunity to really be engaged in changing how your work is performed.
