Pros
Working with great people. Open door policy. Company is very transparent with employees. Always capabilities to move up in the company.
Cons
Politics of some of the groups get in the way of completing some jobs. Hard to impress boss from +1k miles away(Texas to West Virginia). Since supervisor was so far away, I had to perform the duties in my area for him (while getting paid less). Doesn't matter if your the best or the worst in your job, everyone gets paid the same, NO MATTER WHAT.
