      Pros

      Decent salary for most positions. Fairly calm work environment in most positions. Supervisors are typically fair. Guaranteed 40 hour work week.

      Cons

      Work in all weather conditions in physical positions. Restrictive requirements for certain positions. Promotions are only for those her "buddies" with the supervisor. Very difficult to receive interview or given a chance to advance. Micro managed in office positions.
