      Pros

      Learn a lot of construction stuff on site, lots of down time on sites, lots of overtime available.

      Cons

      Bad company culture, no engineering tasks, manual labor position, odd hours of day, no appreciation from management, nothing to do in the winters, extremely underpaid. If you are a girl, you will not enjoy the environment at all.

      Do not promote anyone who does not have a engineering degree, profit sharing is vastly geared toward the C class employees.
