Pros

Gained a variety of experience with a variety of different people. AET provides geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, pavement engineering, construction services, petrography, concrete admixture tests, and building forensics engineering. When you work at AET, you get to experience a wide variety of these fields. AET leads the country in concrete testing and petrography and is considered the go-to for material testing and forensic exploration of building materials.

Cons

Small departments are sometimes disorganized or their practices don't align with the companies goals and policies as a whole. A lot of people working on their own projects and not collaborating or working together to get things done efficiently.
