When you work at AET, you get to experience a wide variety of these fields. AET leads the country in concrete testing and petrography and is considered the go-to for material testing and forensic exploration of building materials.
Cons
Small departments are sometimes disorganized or their practices don't align with the companies goals and policies as a whole. A lot of people working on their own projects and not collaborating or working together to get things done efficiently.
