      Benefits are pretty good Flexible Schedule Nice People

      Cons

      Archaic Billing System (which is supposed to change in several months) IT Department is seriously lacking. Need more people for the amount of issues the company has. Everyone talks about change but nobody enforces it Certain managers care more about retirement than their job, making everyone else’s job a lot harder

      Pros

      People are nice and the company seems to really care about people. Big updates are in progress for processes and systems that should make jobs easier.

      Cons

      Seasonal work means that hours fluctuate a lot. Managers don't seem to be all on the same page.
