      Pros

      The company is big enough to allow plenty of opportunities to improve and advance, but not so big that it's impersonal. They seem to care a lot about providing high quality service to customers.

      Cons

      Departments and offices all seem to work really differently from each other. Some departments seem to be much more supportive of their employees than others.

      Pros

      Senior staff are all actively involved with work and willing to help out less experienced staff. Great flexibility with work schedules, lots of training and marketing available and employees are all really friendly. Focus on quality of services and client satisfaction.

      Cons

      Many people working in remote branches and out in the field, so it can be hard to connect with people who are never physically in the main office. Need better communication on a company-wide scale.
