Great people to work with. Lots of support and tools to gain knowledge on products. Benefits and working hours were great.

Cons

Everything is metric based and meetings with leader every week on how to improve service.

Pros

Great Salary. Great incentives. A bit too good to be true sometimes. Transport is the best...something that always makes you happy while working here. Sporting events and week end fun activities are well organised.

Cons

You are what your numbers show. Pressure...pressure...pressure to be number 1 or nothing Get used to stress..mental because of targets and physical because of shifts Number of annual leaves is much more than other companies but getting them approved is a task. Politics in a few customer service processes. Management is bias and follows favouritism.
