Work is tough, but paid training and peer support are key to help you succeed. You get to work with talented, smart and successful colleagues who are willing to share their best practices as well. On the remuneration part, they pay really well above the market average for any given role. In a way so much so that it's hard for you to find another job that pays better than here (at least from Malaysia perspective). Your job here typically covers shift and travel allowance. Your bonuses are paid fairly. You get additional benefits such as dental, insurance, paid training, housing and car loan subsidy and the list goes on. Lastly, every diverse culture, background, ethnicity or gender is welcomed.
