      Great Work Life Balance Lots of time off Good work Quality Decent Salary and Bonus Job security even during recession

      Matrix structure can lead to wayward leadership Leaders not sure on their responsibilities to employees Leaders need training on DR's culture when managing Virtual teams Promotion and Ratings not transparent enough. Lots of favoritism.

      Great Place to work. They have great benefits and excellent training. Diverse work environment. Great team work among employees.

      Salary may be lower than other companies for the same position. Work life balance could be better. Train Team Leads to assist employees better.
