Pros
flexible hours, can revolve around family life. work alone and at own speed, as long as it is within the allotted time. rarely see or hear from supervisor, which is good and bad, nice to have the space to just do my job with out some one looking over my shoulder, but would be nice to have some one to answer questions. I have been with the company for close to a year and I could count on one hand the number of times I have seen/heard from my area supervisor
Cons
low hours, very low bring home pay. the layout diagrams are confusing and not very detailed which makes it hard for you to set up seasonal the way they want it and stay in the amount of hours they give you, shipments are always messed up and or missing parts. when you have an issue or question the supervisor tells you to contact the call center and the call center usually tells you to contact your area supervisor.
