decent company to work for

Pros

flexible hours, can revolve around family life. work alone and at own speed, as long as it is within the allotted time. rarely see or hear from supervisor, which is good and bad, nice to have the space to just do my job with out some one looking over my shoulder, but would be nice to have some one to answer questions. I have been with the company for close to a year and I could count on one hand the number of times I have seen/heard from my area supervisor

Cons

low hours, very low bring home pay. the layout diagrams are confusing and not very detailed which makes it hard for you to set up seasonal the way they want it and stay in the amount of hours they give you, shipments are always messed up and or missing parts. when you have an issue or question the supervisor tells you to contact the call center and the call center usually tells you to contact your area supervisor.

Pros

There were no pros to working at AG ITS.

Cons

The IT organization is completely dysfunctional due to the fact that the entire management structure is in the belief they are experts in every aspect of running an IT business, all of it despite the fact that most have never done anything else except work at AG. Mean spirited, closed-minded, tyrannical individuals who are mostly concerned with their own fiefdoms. Surprised the Weiss family has allowed the division to grow so malign. Would not recommend, unless you are desperate for a paycheck.

Pros

The only positives I can think of were the flexibility of the hours, as well as getting to see the beautiful cards. Some of the ladies I worked with were very nice.

Cons

I had to work so much off the clock it was unbelievable. They scheduled a tiny amount of hours for an exorbitant amount of work. The manager I had assigned to me was an inflexible and bitter woman. The pay was very low. The store managers were often hostile to me and didn't seem to appreciate the vendors at all. And there was so much more physical labor than I had expected.
