As much as AG tries to shift to a modern culture, they always fall short. Upper management will direct mid-level management to buy into work/life balance, etc, but will never follow through themselves. Newly implemented HR programs eventually just drift off and die. Communication is horrendous at all levels. Older managers and directors are left unsupervised to mismanage their departments and bully employees. There is no "open and honest two-way communication". You need to "go along to get along" so that there will be no retaliation from above. The Employee Relations department seems to lack in every aspect of their function. I've never experienced something so ineffective and incompetent.
