Terrible if you haven’t been with the company your entire career or had a relative retire from there

Pros

There is a Starbucks in the building.

Cons

No training, support, or growth from management. Still a good old boys club in 2020, unreal. Employees that have not spent their entire career with the company, or have had a relative work there, are not put in a position to succeed. Selective with who is given access to tool/software required to your job and held to the same standard as others in the exact same role that do have access to the tools/software. Very cliquey, quiet and uncomfortable environment with a lot of whispering at the headquarter office in Westlake.

Pros

You can set your own schedule, which is the best part of the job. It's also pretty uncomplicated work.

Cons

The pay is low. And the work can be strenuous in large, high volume stores, especially at holiday season time. The company also does not give enough hours to get the job done properly. It can be difficult in some stores to get the store management to accommodate our needs to get our job done.
