If you want to be in your own business and not have someone looking over your shoulder all the time this is a great place. I always dreamed of owning my own business but never had the money for start-up cost. Although I did have to pay for my insurance license which was $200 which I could just barely afford. I'm glad I did though because for a person without a college degree I don't know of anywhere else I could go and do so well

Cons

You have to pay for your own license. It is long days and most of the work is in the evenings because you are out meeting with people.

Pros

Great Company culture. Fantastic Leadership. They know how to sell and they do a very good job at teaching people how to become good sales people. but you have to be willing to put in the work

Cons

Lots of long days. on Average I worked from 7:30am until 11pm and then had to do coaching calls after that (But I was also a manager) 6 days a week. Mediocre products (but your trained they are the best)
