Pros

Decent Commission pay if you can to put up with 4-5 yrs of almost no pay. Only about 1 in 50 of new hires will actually succeed. If your that one good luck

Cons

Target desperate college grads to work strictly on commission. Feed them old, weak leads. Expect you to see expensive policies in a recession. Encourage deceptive sales tactics

Pros

A great place to start and put on your resume as working experience.

Cons

It was a commission only, long hours, and a lot of traveling. When you add everything up, it's not worth it. After thinking about the nature of the job, I felt very guilty, it was eating me from the inside. The reason I said that because I felt it was a con, a bait, trick people into buying life insurance when they don't need it, or cant afford it. When they trained you, they said that you're out to help clients, to educate clients. But, it's all a bunch of lies. It's like trying to sell client a vacuum, when they don't have any carpets.

Pros

Unable to find an example of Pros for this company. Their company sales pitch for recruiting is possibly the most admirable aspect of the company. Weekly pay-schedule was convenient.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for out of state travel requirements, not revealed throughout interview process. Every month a new bordering (or near) state license was required for 12 day road trip. Nightly "mentoring/coaching" calls were of no value. In-house training was less than 2 weeks and did not prepare many of us for our 12 days on the road as new agents.
