      It's a scam

      1- extremely good at lying and manipulation

      Cons

      They are picky with who they give their leads to even though you signed as a captive agent, there is a hint of racism in the company and they are extremely unprofessional and of course if you want to get licensed you have to go through it fully by yourself and pay for it yourself too! Overall it's an MLM scam!

      Pros

      Training and support and they give you alright leads. They give you god tools to work with. Training and sales material.

      Cons

      Like any commision job if you dont make sales you'll suffer. They give you one to start after your training to cover your training period but after you better be good at selling and getting referrals from the leads they give you.
