      Pros

      The culture in our office is positive and energetic. My manager first taught me the business and then taught me how to train and develop new team members. Their door is always open for opportunity all over Canada and the United States. The training is intense, it's alot of information in a very short amount of time. Staying positive and knowing that growth is living in the uncomfortable is how I've expanded my career.
