      Opportunity to earn a large amount of income and You genuinely meet some nice and sincere people ( clients)

      Cons

      Very dishonest and not straight forward with you, seems like they will tell you anything to get you into the door. Often times it feels like a waste of time, calling the same old, reworked leads and driving around all over the city, wasting gas and time. Not worth it, management really pretends to care about your success but really they only care about their own pockets. Strongly consider this job before getting into it.

      Lots of opportunity to move up, can be amazing compensation

      Cons

      100% commission work, no matter how far up the ladder you get. Definitely not for everyone. They will hire anyone and let them weed themselves out
