      Great training! Difficult to generate income

      Pros

      Great training materials and a lot of available resources online to learn. They also have weekly sales training meetings as well. Overall, I learned a lot on how to operate and build my book of business. Some leads provided.

      Cons

      Lengthly presentations that would take approx. 30-2hrs to complete. Misleading ways to pull in potential leads by promising free packages. Very difficult to start off successfully without an existing list of customers ready to buy. Insurance products are a lot more expensive than other agencies.

This position can be tough at first and does require a persistent, sales-minded individual to succeed and is not for everyone.
