      Work from home is good

      Cons

      Must work their hours. They try to demand you follow managers schedule. And they have recycled leads. If you don't do what they want they give you when worse leads. They hold back 35 percent of your commission that almost know one stays long enough to get paid.

      Thought I was going to work on my own time and make decent money but management is not very good and micromanage everything you do

      Cons

      They pitch the idea like you can make as much money as you want and work on your own time but it’s far from the truth you have to spend all day and even some weekends cold calling and trying to sell insurance to people who done need or want it
