Confusing commission structure that even managers have a hard time explaining. Product knowledge was a low priority. You just have to know that it exists. Now go sell it. Emphasis is too heavily placed on accidental death insurance as if it is life insurance. No customer service and/or support. If the client has any questions, they get home office number. Not allowed to put your cell number on your own business card that you have to pay for. Work hours were horrendous. Mon-Sat and highly encouraged to work Sunday. If you don't get your appointments set before 9pm, you have to be in the office at 8am to fill your schedule then work your appointments all day, the last one being at 9pm and presentations last at least 1 1/2 hours. Add an extra 30-45 minutes if you get a sale.
