Thank you for sharing your feedback! The information represented on this page is managed by and reflects the staff in the Stamford, CT office in the US. However, all of our global offices are somewhat small and we have extremely low turnover. Both do tend to lend themselves to fewer upward promotions. I would encourage you to speak to management about skills training and other ways to grow in your position. Also, the office has had a few international opportunities with staff from other offices working in the US. While it has not yet become mainstream, there are opportunities. We are looking into the legal issues and hope to make this a more broadly utilized "perk" of working here in the future.

Thank you for taking time to share your review! Traffic to Stamford from NY or south of the office is pretty good, but yes, traffic from north and east can be challenging. In some departments we have been able to accommodate slightly different schedules such as coming in at 8 or 10 instead of 9. It doesn't work for everyone but is potentially an option. Also, there is a free shuttle from the train station. Maybe that is an option instead of getting stuck in traffic!
